These terms apply to this website and to orders you place with Chanan Agrovet Limited, Kahara Road, Ngong Town. By using the website or ordering from us you agree to them.

Our catalogue

The website is a catalogue of products we stock or can source. Prices are not shown online because supplier prices change often; we give you today’s price on WhatsApp, by phone or in the shop. Product availability can change without notice. Photos are for illustration and packaging may differ from what is shown.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the products, quantities, price and delivery details with you (usually on WhatsApp) and, where required, received payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was quoted in error; any payment already made will then be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and cash at the shop. We share our official M-Pesa payment details only through our verified number 0727 776 431 or at the counter. Never pay to any other number claiming to be Chanan. We issue receipts and KRA tax invoices for purchases.

Advice and product use

Information on this website and advice from our staff is general guidance to help you choose products. Always read and follow the label and the manufacturer’s instructions. For animal health problems, consult a veterinary professional. Some products, such as veterinary medicines and crop protection products, are sold only in the shop with advice from our qualified staff, as the law requires.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.

Website content

The website design, text, photos and logo belong to Chanan Agrovet Limited or are used with permission. Product names and brands belong to their manufacturers.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
